Hold On Challenge Rules

The rules of the Hold On Challenge are simple. Sign up. Hold on. Share. Raise funds.

Step 1 - Sign up!

Sign up for the challenge. It’s free to take part and only takes a few minutes to complete.


Step 2 - Hold on!

Simply find a safe and suitable bar to hold on to, grab a stopwatch, and time yourself to see how long you can hold.

Hold onto a bar if you’ve got an accessible and safe bar. Otherwise you can hold a plank, hold a wall sit, whatever you hold, just hold on for youth mental health.


Step 3 - Share

Share your efforts on social media, and nominate someone for a domino effect.

Use #HoldOnChallenge on socials and you might just see yourself featured on our website!


Step 4 - Raise funds

Donate a dollar for every second you hold on (or any donation amount you like!), with funds raised going towards giving young people experiences to change their lives.


Extra steps for super challengers!

Challenge yourself to Hold On once a day or once a week for a month and see how much you can improve as the days go on. Let people know you’re settling in for the super challenge and ask for a donation each time you beat your previous time.
