Grab a stopwatch and set your phone to record.
2. Hold on
Hold a bar, wall sit, plank, or any other exercise position.
3. Share
Share your time + photos/videos on social media.

4. Log your time
Log your time and donate to build youth resilience skills.

Extra steps for super challengers!
Challenge yourself to Hold On once a day or once a week for a month and see how much you can improve as the days go on. Let people know you’re settling in for the super challenge and ask for a donation each time you beat your previous time.
How to post your hold time
Step 1
Log in to your profile
Log in to your profile page here. Or, if you haven't joined the challenge yet, sign up here.
Step 2
Tap the 'Post Hold' button
Tap the 'Post Hold' button on your profile page (you can find it at the top of your 'Status Updates' panel).
Step 3
Add your time
Within the pop-up you can add your hold time, write a few words about your challenge, and add a picture to show where you took part! Tap 'Create' to post your hold.
